Bonnie offered invaluable support to the AMA San Diego as we prepared our Chapter Excellence Award (CEA) submission. One of the keys to a successful submission is telling the underlying story in a compelling way. This is the "why" we were able or unable to accomplish our objectives, how we got to where we are and what drives us to continue pushing forward.

She sifted through reams of data, to be able to understand and tell an amazing story. She took the written notes of 14 contributors and conducted in-person interviews to understand and be able to communicate a compelling theme. From there, she was able to build a strong submission and craft the executive summary, creating just the right balance in tone and detail to describe our year of successes and challenges. With multiple authors contributing to the document, the 60+-page CEA also required considerable editing, and she helped with that, too.

What I like about Bonnie is that she's able to synthesize the content, draw attention to the key items and get others to understand easily what was important about our objectives. She is sharp, smart, easy to work with, and a problem solver. She also has a good sense of humor, which is necessary when working on stressful projects.
