I’m honored to have received a first-place Excellence in Journalism Award from the San Diego Press Club in October 2020.
The award recognized the article I ghostwrote for Leidos titled The 3 unspoken keys to IT modernization success. I took first place in the PR, Public Information Officer and Trade publications category of general writing for internal publications.
Federal government agencies are under increasing pressure to upgrade their technology. They want to use new technologies while also ensuring their systems are reliable, efficient and secure. And they want to lower costs. The article explores the three ways agencies can succeed in their IT modernization efforts.
It’s a prime example of much of the work I’ve done lately: ghostwritten articles for different industries, including education, technology and pharmacy solutions.
